Yeah, especially on my motorcycle. It got cold all of a sudden this week, and without anything on my face, it's quite chilly in the morning. Fortunately it doesn't take more than a week's worth of stubble to make a noticeable difference insulation-wise.

It would have been short, for sure. I usually buzz it to a quarter inch every few weeks through the spring and summer, and then don't cut it at all between August and March or April. So the late-winter Barney looks more like Grizzly Adams. ;)
