		<description>Congrats on the new job - I&#039;ve had a soft spot for Mentor Graphics for a long time (since interacting with their folks on the C++ Standards Committee in the 90&#039;s).

Good luck with the snip - I had mine done a few years back. Half of it was trivial (in-office) but the other half had to be done as a full inpatient surgical procedure and still occasionally causes a twinge or two. Better than the alternative tho&#039; :)
