Also, the restaurant at the bottom of Multnomah Falls is a great place to get breakfast during the week. We always call ahead and arrange for a table right next to the awesome old wood fireplace. Man, I'm getting the warm-fuzzies just thinking about it.

Yeah, 5:45 is early. 7:00 is plenty enough for me. Too many years of being underwater at 6:00am have cured me of "rising early" disease. I am now of the opinion that sunrise is for the lower animals to enjoy; I'll take the sunsets. :)

Why are you people awake at such an ungodly hour? All I've got for a camera is my iPhone, and it doesn't do very well for things that aren't between 2 and 6 feet away, unfortunately. So I didn't take any aside from the one of the tree.
